In Moscow, the day before, Volgograd street artist Philip Kozlov, known under the pseudonym Philippenzo, was detained and arrested for 15 days, his friend, artist Artem Loskutov, reported this.
A protocol was drawn up against Kozlov on disobedience to a police officer (part 1 article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The artist was detained at the Moscow Domodedovo airport, where he flew from Georgia. He was sent to a special detention center in Lyubertsy to serve his arrest, Loskutov told Mediazone.
Kozlov later commented on his detention of SotaVision: “In the passport control zone, FSB officers were taken for interrogation, rude, asked where he was and why it took so long, demanded to unblock the equipment, and in case of refusal they promised to take it away and issue disobedience. I answered the questions, but refused to give access to personal equipment in accordance with the law. After the interrogation, they took me through passport control and handed me over to the police, who issued the fact that I allegedly refused to give my passport for verification. Although they already had it in their hands.”
Philippenzo made his last work for the Day of Russia on June 12 in Moscow – under the Elektrozavodsky bridge on the Yauza embankment, he placed the inscription “Rubbing”. After that, the police came to the artist's house, as a result, he decided to temporarily leave the country.

Volgograd courts had previously fined Kozlov three times under protocols on “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the last time in August 2022. The reason was the illustration he published by Yury Zhuravel with a military man giving a bloody toy to a child, and a repost of the news about the arrest of OVD-Info lawyer Ekaterina Morozova on April 8 because of an anti-war picket near the Ministry of Defense in Moscow.
K The news was accompanied by a photo in which Morozova holds a poster “The Russian military is killing and raping Ukrainian women right now. Stop this war.» The lawyer defended the artist in March 2022, when he was detained at a rally.
Before that, Kozlov was fined 40,000 rubles twice because of the work “Our Zinc” with the image of coffins, which he timed to coincide with Victory Day, and published the photo on Instagram.
The author of the “Zinc is ours” graffiti was subjected to the third report on “discrediting” the army for reposting the news about the detention of his defender https ://t.co/by8wX5fgmu
