Primakov spoke about the blocking of accounts of Russian cultural centers in the EU

St. Petersburg, 28 Jul. In almost all EU countries the accounts of Russian cultural centers are blocked, said Evgeny Primakov, head of Rossotrudnichestvo.
«Practically in all EU countries the accounts of Russian cultural centers are blocked, and their work is hindered,» Primakov said.
