MOSCOW, July 30 The Telegram messenger in Russia crashed, and as of 19.45 the problem has been fixed, according to data from the Downdetector crash tracking service from Brand Analytics.
As of 18.45, 44 complaints were recorded. An hour later, the number of complaints dropped to zero.
Most of all, users from Moscow, Yekaterinburg and St. Petersburg complained about problems.
