A doctor from Moscow who refused to give in to a nurse for a military man in a house chat left Russia due to harassment and threats

General practitioner from Moscow Ekaterina Mikryukova, who refused to donate money in a house chat to pay for a nurse to a wounded soldier, left Russia. She told Mediazone about this, specifying that she made this decision after she and her family members began to receive threats.

According to Mikryukova, on July 24, she responded to a message about collecting money in a house chat in the Khovrino district. The author of the message called for “reducing the consumption of whiskey and proseco on Fridays” (spelling preserved) and throwing himself on the nurse of a soldier from a military hospital who “left half a head on that land.” In the discussion, Mikryukova wrote that the military “could not fight and remain healthy,” after which she was removed from the chat. On the same day, screenshots of correspondence and personal data of Mikryukova were published by the military telegram channel “Witnesses of Bayraktar”, Vice Speaker of the Moscow City Duma and Deputy Head of the Directorate of Information Programs of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Andrei Medvedev and propagandist Vladimir Solovyov.

“And so it began… We started write in a telegram: «You are a creature, a nit, a Khokhlyatskaya litter.» Well, off we go, 300-400 messages a day, sms spam attacks, automatic calls. They started writing to my sisters, dad — I have "VKontakte" all this was open. I don’t know who these people are,” Mikryukova told Mediazone.

According to her, complaints began to come to the Gemotest laboratory network, where Mikryukova worked. After the bullying, the doctor resigned of her own free will.

Earlier, Mikryukova told Kosa that after the resonance, the money for the nurse mentioned in the chat was quickly collected: “And one girl wrote to me:“ Let me help for free. I sent her a link to this chat so that she could join it and be able to help other soldiers.”
