According to CNN, Strategic Communications at the White House National Security Council, John Kirby commented on the pace of the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, admitting that they leave much to be desired.
Kirby said that the Ukrainian troops «are moving slowly», while in his assessment he relied on statements Kiev itself.
«Ukrainians are the first to say that they are not moving as far and as fast as they would like,» Kirby said.
