St. Petersburg, 1 Aug. The District Court of St. Petersburg imposed a fine of 40 thousand rubles on the rapper Oxxxymiron (Miron Fedorov) *, who published a post on the social network without indicating this status, the joint press service of the city courts reported.
“Fyodorov on the VKontakte social network on December 31, 2022… distributed material without indicating that the information provided was produced and (or) distributed by foreign agent Miron Yanovich Fedorov* or concerns his activities… The court imposed a fine of 40,000 rubles,» the statement said.

As the press service clarifies, Oxxxymiron* was brought to administrative responsibility under part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, since his actions «led to a violation of the rights and freedoms of people to receive complete and reliable information.»

In June, the district court of St. Petersburg, on the suit of the city prosecutor's office, declared the rapper's song «Oida» banned for distribution in Russia. According to the expert opinion, the author of the song positively assesses the consequences of the division of the territory of Russia. At the same time, as the judicial press service clarified, «calls for certain actions have been identified, as a result of which a violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation may occur.»
In early 2022, the Oktyabrsky District Court brought Oxxxymiron* to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 70 thousand rubles for public calls for separatism, which the prosecutor's office saw in the video clip for the song «Oida».
Also, in December, the Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Oxxxymiron* 45,000 rubles for discrediting the RF Armed Forces. The reason was a video that Oxxxymiron* published on VKontakte on February 24, 2022.
At the end of October, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow recognized Oxxxymiron's song «The Last Call» as extremist. As the prosecutor's office argued, the track contains «signs of a public justification of terrorism, propaganda of the ideas of terrorism», and being freely available «threatens the constitutional order».
