Among the victims are a father, son and two brothers
The identities of those who died as a result of a massacre in the Prionezhsky district of Karelia have become known. On Tuesday night, in the village of Derevyanoe, after extinguishing fires in two residential buildings, the bodies of six people were found.

As it became known to MK, at 2.25, house 4 on Beregovaya Street caught fire. While extinguishing the fire, the bodies of 38-year-old Artem Tereshchenko and his father, 71-year-old Vladimir Tereshchenko, were found. The cause of their death was stab wounds.
Soon, at 5.15, house 31 on Lesnaya Street in the same village caught fire. There, after extinguishing, the bodies of 42-year-old owner of the house Konstantin Lonin, his 47-year-old brother Dmitry, their 38-year-old relative and 76-year-old resident of one of the neighboring houses Vladimir Sergeenko were found.
An hour later, two suspects were arrested in the same village. They turned out to be 38-year-old previously convicted resident of Derevyanoe Maxim Bochkarev and 37-year-old visitor from Petrozavodsk Igor Safonov. Both have previous convictions, Safonov's convictions have been cancelled. The motives of the crime are being investigated.
