The Ministry of Defense of Belarus called the statements of Poland about crossing the border by two helicopters far-fetched
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus commented on Poland's statement about the alleged crossing of the joint border by two Belarusian Mi-24 and Mi-8 helicopters. The defense ministry noted that such statements are far-fetched.
“The accusations of violating the Polish border by Mi-24 and Mi-8 helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force and Air Defense Forces are far-fetched,” the message says.
Also, the Belarusian Ministry of Defense noted that such a statement was made by the military-political leadership in order to justify the build-up of forces and means near the borders.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus stressed that the department perceives such messages in the style of “one grandmother said”, and also notes that there were no violations of the airspace by helicopters from Belarus.
