In Ufa, because of a man with a grenade, the Nagaevskoe highway was blocked. This is reported by Baza and eyewitnesses of the Proofs publication.
“When you drive towards Nagayevo, near the Lukoil gas station there is a man in military uniform, with a grenade, he wants to blow it up,” an eyewitness told Proof.
According to the publication, cars with the two sides are turned to another highway, the situation is being monitored by the police and the ambulance crew.
According to Baza, the man with the grenade is a volunteer soldier who escaped during a trip to a forensic psychiatric examination. Earlier, a criminal case was opened against him on leaving his place of service (Article 337 of the Criminal Code). The Telegram channel writes that his name is Ildar B., he is 39 years old.
Baza specifies that the man threatens to detonate a grenade if his criminal case is not closed. According to the telegram channel Mash, he has four more grenades, and he captured the gas station, this is confirmed by Proofs.
Negotiations are being held with the man, during which he demanded a meeting with the head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov. The publication «Prufa» reported that Khabirov arrived at the scene. After talking with Khabirov, the edition adds, the man gave up.
