PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, Aug 2 The Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Kamchatka Territory and the regional prosecutor's office are investigating the circumstances of child abuse in the Metalist children's health camp, press reports services of both departments.

According to Yelizaveta Denisyuk, Senior Assistant to the Territory Prosecutor, the physical education teacher featured in the video has been fired.
«It is preliminarily established that about 6 children had fun and played in the boys' rest room last night before lights out. that he did it for a joke,» the agency's interlocutor said.
