MOSCOW, August 3 Police officers in Balashikha near Moscow detained two participants in a shooting brawl in which one person was injured, Tatyana Petrova, head of the press service of the regional head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, told reporters.
The shooting incident in Balashikha occurred on Tuesday night. The Moscow Region police reported that during a fight «between two men and unknown citizens,» a certain attacker fired from a traumatic weapon, after which he disappeared. One person was injured in the incident and was taken to the hospital.
«Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Balashikha Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as a result of operational-search measures, detained two participants in the conflict that took place in the urban district of Balashikha, as a result of which one person received bodily injuries. They turned out to be two men aged 28 and 32 years,» Petrova said, adding that both are in a temporary detention facility.
