During the raid, 54 administrative materials were compiled for violations of traffic rules of the Russian Federation: 39 – in relation to pedestrians-violators under part 1 of article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and 15 – in relation to drivers who did not provide an advantage in the movement of pedestrians under Art. 12.18 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. No traffic accidents involving pedestrians were allowed.
The Bryansk State Traffic Inspectorate again appeals to drivers and pedestrians: «excessive self-confidence, ignoring traffic rules and disregard for others often leads to tragic consequences».
