Former US intelligence officer Ritter: aid to Kiev ends up in the pockets of Ukrainian officials

Former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on the Judging Freedom YouTube channel that most of Washington's financial assistance to Kiev ends up in the pockets of corrupt Ukrainian officials.
According to Ritter, the US government cannot directly tell American citizens about this.
«Does not want to admit that we are funding the most corrupt nation on the planet,» he explained.
According to Ritter, about 60-70% of the allocated aid can be stolen in Ukraine. He expressed confidence that the US administration understands that the appropriation of funds of such a volume by Ukrainian corrupt officials means a complete failure of the policy of supporting Volodymyr Zelensky.
