It happened on August 1 near the Elephant Fountain. Irina claims that the attackers “shouted at the whole yard” that they participated in the “SVO”. “Everything was caught on camera. They did not like the appearance, they say, she looks like a Jewess and her hair is blue, ”said the girl’s mother.
According to her, the second man hit her daughter in the face and at the same time threatened to kill her if he saw her again. “She lives in this yard and is now afraid to go outside,” Irina added.
KU66 released footage from the city's security camera showing one of the men drowning a girl in a fountain and throwing objects at her. Victoria wrote a statement to the police. The press service of the municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs «Kamensk-Uralsky» told the publication that the district police officers had begun «verification measures.»
Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the initiation of a criminal case on hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code) and the detention of two suspects, “previously convicted of property crimes, torture and drug trafficking of local residents born in 1991 and 1993.”
The detainees told the police that they were drunk and confirmed that the reason for the attack was «the appearance of a girl with multi-colored hair that they did not like.» The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that the information that the detainees participated in the war in Ukraine was not confirmed.
Today in Nizhny Novgorod, three local residents were detained in connection with the attack on three 18-year-old young people. According to the Investigative Committee, the men “inflicted bodily injuries on the teenagers in the head area” on the night of August 1 on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, their actions were “stopped by passers-by”. The attackers are going to be charged in the case of attempted murder (part 3 of article 30, paragraphs “a” and “g” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code).
