strong> An accident occurred on Mokhovaya Street in the center of Moscow, after which a conflict broke out between the drivers, the correspondent reports.
At about 17:00, several cars collided before crossing Tverskaya Street. Drivers staged a brawl, as a result of which one of them, according to eyewitnesses, used a traumatic weapon against the owner of a KIA car.
The ambulance and the police arrived at the scene of the accident. This section of the road was temporarily blocked.
Later, the press service of the metropolitan department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the arrest of the shooter.
«According to preliminary information, a road conflict occurred between two drivers while driving, during which one of them fired several shots from a traumatic pistol in the direction of the opponent and his car. The shooter, a man born in 1989, was detained, the weapon was confiscated. The victim was sent to a medical facility,» the ministry said. the police are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
