The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg has fined the online cinema Okko 1 million rubles under the protocol on «demonstrating» LGBT relationships without marking 18+, the joint press service of the city courts reported.
Initially, three protocols were drawn up for the service at once under part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, they were returned to Roskomnadzor due to violations, and then merged into one.
The reason for the claims was the marking of 16+ on films «containing a demonstration of non-traditional sexual relations.» Among them — «The Miseducation of Cameron Post», «Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason», «Perfect Strangers», «Black Swan», «The New Mutants», «The English Barber», «Easy A», «The Imitation Game» and «Little Italy» and other paintings.
The day before, the Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Rostelecom one million rubles under the same protocol. The reason for the case was the film “Like a Life”, “The Curse of Chucky”, “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason” and “The Barber of English” with a 16+ marking on the Wink platform, which, according to the RKN, belongs to the provider.
