Putin raised the draft age to 30 and forbade those who received a summons to leave the country

President Vladimir Putin signed several of the bills that the State Duma adopted before the end of the spring session. Decrees are published on the official portal of legal information.

• On criminal punishment for the activities of foreign NGOs not registered by the Ministry of Justice. Article 330.3 will appear in the Criminal Code. It will be punished with fines from 100 rubles, compulsory or forced labor or imprisonment for up to three years. Cases will be initiated if a person was brought to justice twice during the year under Article 19.34.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
