
MOSCOW, Aug 3 in the official journal a new list of sanctions against Belarus.
The package includes sanctions against 38 individuals and three legal entities. According to the document, the sanctions were imposed due to the situation in the country, as well as due to the participation of Belarus in the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
Earlier, the European Commission reported that the EU had imposed a ban on the export of weapons and ammunition to Belarus, as well as goods for use in the field of aviation and space. The European Union also expanded sanctions against Belarus and imposed a ban on the export to the country of goods and technologies that contribute to its military and technological improvement.
Politico, citing European diplomats, previously reported that new EU sanctions against Belarus would include 38 individuals and three organizations, the restrictions will include dual-use goods such as drones, computers and aircraft parts.
