According to him, a whole range of tax incentives will be provided for manufacturers of unmanned vehicles.
«It is planned to immerse companies, and not only the main producers, but the entire system of cooperation of the so-called investment cluster platform … This is a special set of tax benefits and benefits on social contributions, which are now developed and launched by the Ministry of Industry and Trade,» Belousov said.
In addition, according to him, a separate system of benefits will be provided for small technology companies, that is, for start-ups.
«The other day, the President signed a law on small technology companies, now in accordance with it special support measures will be developed. Before the end of the year, I think that we will launch all this,» the First Deputy Prime Minister added.
On the eve of the Deputy Head Rosaviatsia Andrey Dobryakov said at Archipelago 2023 that the UAV industry does not need national operators, because «it will kill it», competition is needed.
«A single operator is not supposed. In fact, this is enough competitive area, so there will be no single operator there,» he said.
Belousov noted that the state, federal, demand for drones will be consolidated and integrated by the STLC company.
«Special additional capitalization of STLC is envisaged, so that the company can perform this function,» he explained.
