23-year-old Anastasia Levashova, convicted of a Molotov cocktail at a rally against the war in Ukraine, came out of correctional colony No. 1 in the Vladimir region. This was reported by the human rights project «OVD-Info».

According to investigators, Levashova, a student at the Social and Humanitarian University near Moscow (GSGU), was aiming at a crowd of policemen . She was detained on the spot and was soon accused of using violence against the security forces (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). At the same time, the Investigative Committee posted a video of Levashova's apology on camera, and the girl was sent under arrest.

The investigation of the case was completed in less than four days, and in March 2022, the Muscovite was sentenced to two years in a penal colony.
