A court in Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for a man who threw an airsoft grenade into a car near Moscow City. This was reported by the press service of the Metropolitan Prosecutor's Office.
The department clarified that the 33-year-old attacker is accused of hooliganism with the use of items used as weapons (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code).
According to the security forces, on August 3, a man threatened a 30-year-old Muscovite with an object “like a pistol” while driving a foreign car in the 1st Krasnogvardeisky passage near Moscow City. Then the attacker got into the car, and the driver got out, “fearing for his life.”
