MOSCOW, August 7 The wreckage of an aircraft-type drone shot down by an air defense system in the Kaluga region fell near the village of Ferzikovo, an emergency services representative said.
Earlier, the governor of the region, Vladislav Shapsha, said that at 02.30 an unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down by an air defense system in the Ferzikovsky district. He clarified that there are no consequences for people and infrastructure as a result of the incident.
«The fall of the wreckage of an aircraft-type drone was registered near the village of Ferzikovo,» the source said.
