MOSCOW, 8 Aug. A catastrophe will begin in Kiev in the fall due to the depleting stocks of missiles for Western air defense, the colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in an interview with the British newspaper Times.

The military clarified that last year in December the Ukrainian capital was on the verge of mass evacuation, this situation may soon repeat itself.
