The executive director of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, is recorded in the register of the tax service under the name of Sergei Terentyev, associates of the opposition leader Alexei Navalny discovered.
Terentyev has the same data as Sechin, except for the name. This includes date of birth, passport number and TIN.
According to these data, investigators found in data leaks from the Federal Tax Service that Sechin receives 3 billion 71 million rubles a year from Rosneft itself, and 244 million rubles from the RRDB bank owned by the company. Another 2 million for the year Sechin received from Rosneftegaz, which owns Rosneft shares on behalf of the state.

In 2019, documents about her work were leaked by the developer, the Moscow IT company Saytek. In addition to the Federal Tax Service, she was also an intelligence contractor for the FSB and helped deanonymize users of the Tor browser.
