Thus, the implementation of the main norms of bilateral agreements regarding taxation is frozen:
- movable and immovable property;
- dividends;
- interest;
- service and copyright revenues;
- fees;
- employment income;
- capital taxation.
In addition, the presidential decree refers to articles on tax incentives, as well as non-discriminatory rules that allow you not to pay more burdensome taxes.
Treaty rules relating to the elimination of double taxation remain in force. Thus, taxpayers registered in countries participating in the agreements will be able to set off in Russia the amounts paid abroad.
The document suspends the main points of tax agreements with 38 countries: USA, Poland, South Korea, Bulgaria, Sweden, Luxembourg, Romania, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, Albania, Belgium, Slovenia, Croatia, Canada, Montenegro, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Finland, Germany, France, Macedonia, Cyprus, Spain, Lithuania, Iceland, Austria, Portugal, Greece, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malta and Japan.
