MOSCOW, Aug 10 fighters against the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), according to Sportskeeda.
The lawsuit was formed in 2014. In it, the fighters claim that the UFC used illegal methods to gain a dominant position in the mixed martial arts (MMA) market.
“The court confirmed that the UFC used ruthless methods of coercion. Firstly, the promotion uses arbitrary contracts. Secondly, the UFC uses ruthless tactics outside of these agreements and deprives fighters of a real opportunity to exercise freedom of choice. Thirdly, the court found that the UFC is buying up competitors not to make their product better, but to give fighters less choice in the open market,» lawyer Eric Magraken tweeted on X (formerly Twitter).
