“Heavy rains have disrupted roads and flooded a number of municipalities. Residents are being evacuated, temporary accommodation centers have been deployed everywhere. Delivery of water and bread has been arranged,” the governor wrote. He asked local residents not to drive private cars in areas where «there are overflows across the roads.»
