MOSCOW, Aug 11 outpost of Russia on the Dnieper, said in an interview with the acting governor of the region Yevgeny Balitsky. According to him, the authorities of the region have prepared their program for the development of the region for 10 years, the basis of which will be a public-private partnership.
“We have created not only a program, but also a whole concept. Taking into account that the Zaporozhye region today is a border region, one might even say a buffer one, our new-old lands today are, one might say, an outpost of Russia on the Dnieper. To date, for more than a year and a half of managing the Zaporozhye region, my team and I have worked out the design, it consists in the following — we put the installation on the state role in the economic development of the region … And our main task is to create an outpost in the south of Russia, which will take into account the most the main thing is security: physical, economic and food,» the acting governor said.
He stressed that now the region has a unique chance for economic development. «We can have a huge number of enterprises, lands, farms formed by the so-called» runners «who fled from the Zaporozhye region with the outgoing Ukrainian troops, and these are large companies and just private traders. We want to offer this vector as a construction for all future lands, «We are talking about this: we take a specific collective farm, a farm and transfer it to the state, and the state, on the basis of a public-private partnership, transfers this to a specific farmer,» he said. Thus, Balitsky noted, the state retains most of the ownership and control over the situation.
