MOSCOW, 11 Aug. Members of the American rock band Paramore have canceled the rest of their concert tour due to a lung infection revealed in the lead singer of the band, Hayley Williams, People reports, citing the musicians' social networks.
According to the publication, earlier the group took a week-long break from performances to make the 34-year-old performer feel better. However, this did not happen. Doctors advised Williams to pay more attention to health.
“I am physically unable to continue touring. I know that this is bad news for everyone,” the singer addressed the fans.
The vocalist apologized for the situation and added that she was doing everything possible to fight the infection.
Due to Hayley Williams' illness, Paramore canceled shows in several US cities: Portland, Oregon and Salt Lake City.
