MOSCOW, Aug 14 Kharkov, where the columns of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are moving up, filled with foreign mercenaries and Kraken militants, they are going to build a defense line in the city, head of the administration of the Kharkiv region Vitaly Ganchev said on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
«We receive information that Ukrainian columns are moving towards Kharkov, from all sides. The city of Kharkov was again filled with mercenaries. And the Krakenites returned to the city. In order, as I understand it, they are going to build a defense line there, they understand that they cannot hold this line of defense on the outskirts of Kharkov,» Ganchev said. In his opinion, the earlier decision of the Ukrainian authorities to evacuate residents from 53 settlements in the Kharkiv region suggests that Kyiv understands the impossibility of holding a defense line there.
«Among the civilians, people are already openly saying that they are tired of all this, they are ready to live in peace, work in peace. To do this, they are simply waiting for us. They perfectly understand that until we return there, they will always have the work of the so-called power structures is punitive units.
