The Novocherkassk garrison military court sentenced to one year conditionally mobilized Vladislav Sunagatullin, who in the military unit stabbed the deputy commander who made a remark to him about porridge spilled in the tent. This is stated in the text of the verdict on the website of the court, attention was drawn to it by the publication Kavkaz. Realities.
According to the materials of the court, Sunagatullin drank in the evening of February 3 in the camp of the military unit. The deputy commander made a remark to the mobilized because of his intoxication, and also «in connection with the pollution of the tent by him with porridge.»
After that, the mobilized, «making sure that no one was watching his actions,» attacked the deputy commander passing by and stabbed him «in the region of the lower torso.» The chief knocked down Sunagatullin and began to call for help. Then the mobilized again hit him with a knife in the upper part of the shoulder and the temporal region.
Sunagatullin was found guilty in the case of intentional infliction of minor bodily harm (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code). The maximum penalty under this article is two years in prison.
At the hearing, the defendant Sunagatullin pleaded guilty, repented, but refused to testify on the basis of Article 51 of the Constitution. During the preliminary investigation, the mobilized explained that he had a conflict with the victim because of the use of vodka «in the war zone» and «a remark made to him on the fact that he dropped the porridge, thereby quarreling.»
At the same time, Sunagatullin said that on the day he returned from dinner, he saw how the deputy commander was beating a soldier named Renat in a tent because he was drunk. Sunagatullin complained to the chief, after which, according to the mobilized man, he received a blow from the deputy commander and lost consciousness. “He woke up from the fact that G.A.Kh. kicked him, and then left the tent, telling him to clean up the blood after himself, ”the testimony of the serviceman said.
The mobilized added that he «felt sorry for the beating,» and also emphasized that he hit the commander's temple with a knife and wounded his hand by accident, as a struggle ensued between them.
One of the witnesses in the court said that earlier Sunagatullin had already had conflicts with the military. “When Sunagatullin is sober, he is a calm person, and when he drinks, he does not control himself and throws himself at people with a knife,” his colleague said. Another serviceman interrogated in court spoke about Sunagatullin's aggressive behavior «under the influence of alcohol».
