The protocol was drawn up under the article on the distribution of underage materials with a «demonstration» of LGBT attitudes or preferences on the Internet (part 2 of article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for the administrative case was the film Love, Love, Love, which was posted on Megafon TV with a 16+ mark. violation of the mention of one of the heroines of the film about the wedding with another woman. “My wife Alice and I got married in the desert,” she said. Earlier, Megafon was fined the same amount due to showing the film The Barber of England with a 16+ mark.
