KRASNODAR, August 21 A four-year-old child fell from the arms of a relative in Goryachiy Klyuch in the Kuban, when he was taking off his underwear on the second floor of the house, the boy was hospitalized and is on the machine IVL, the press service of the city administration reported.
«The child was hospitalized in the department of anesthesiology and resuscitation with an open craniocerebral injury, a severe brain contusion. He is on a ventilator,» the message says.
According to the authorities, a four-year-old boy fell from the second floor, unable to hold on to the arms of a relative when he was removing clothes from a rope.
Authorities have asked residents not to leave windows open when children are at home and «not count on a mosquito net» that cannot hold a child.
