In Yekaterinburg, in a Burger King cafe, visitors stabbed a black student from Gabon, Francois Ndzhelassili, with a knife. An acquaintance named Daria told E1.ru about this.
32-year-old Francois Ndzhelassili studied at the postgraduate course of the Ural Federal University, at the Department of Economics and Environmental Management, and participated in student football tournaments.
On the night of August 18, after the club, Njelassili drove with friends to Burger King on Malysheva Street. The interlocutor of E1.ru recounted the conflict as follows from the words of eyewitnesses: “[They] were approached by two rednecks, they said: ‘Oh, look, black man, let’s strike him’” — and stabbed. There was a fight on this basis, and he was stabbed in the armpit, and there was an artery.”
The graduate student was taken away in an intensive care vehicle, but he died. According to a friend, the attackers fled, and their mutual friends, who were present at the attack, were interviewed by the police yesterday. The law enforcement agencies declined to comment to journalists.
