DONETSK, 23 Aug. During the shelling of the center of Donetsk by Ukrainian troops, a direct hit occurred on an administrative building, the facade of a residential building was destroyed, reporter reports.
The affected building is located next to the school number 13. Three more shells fell nearby, the facade of an apartment building was destroyed, and at least three civilian vehicles were damaged.
