In Astrakhan, a criminal case regarding the director of the water park, where a four-year-old child drowned the day before. This was reported in the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Astrakhan Region.
The case was opened under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements.
Tragedy happened in the water park on Nikolai Ostrovsky Street. The boy rolled down the hill into the pool, could not swim out on his own and died.
The UK stressed that the leader did not provide a prompt response to the incident. Also, the requirement that a working water attraction must be under the constant supervision of an instructor was violated.
