BELGOROD, August 22 Police officers in Belgorod detained a man who was walking naked through the streets of the city, and after leaving the department, he again stripped naked and went home, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reports on Belgorod region.
On August 19, police detained a 36-year-old man after reports from residents of an apartment building about his inappropriate behavior. He was taken to the police station for further investigation. A protocol was drawn up against him under the article «Petty hooliganism», and he was fined. After that, the man was released.
The next day, he was again reported to the police — the man was walking naked through the streets of the regional center and, presumably, was in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication. He was arrested again.

It is clarified that the man is currently awaiting trial, protocols were drawn up against him under the article «Failure to comply with the legal requirement to undergo a medical examination while intoxicated» and under the article «Petty hooliganism».
