MOSCOW, August 22 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that negotiations with partners from Africa on the supply of grain free of charge are being completed.
“I have repeatedly said that our country is able to replace Ukrainian grain both on a commercial basis and in the form of gratuitous assistance to countries in need, especially since we again expect an excellent harvest this year.As a first step, we decided to send 25 -50 thousand tons of grain, including free delivery of these goods. Negotiations with partners are being completed,» he said in his address to the participants of the BRICS business forum.
