MOSCOW, Aug 21 Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov.
The head of state suggested starting the conversation with preparations for September 1.
«September 1 is coming soon, how is the region getting ready?» — asked Putin and gave the floor to the head of the region.
