MOSCOW, Aug 23 Orenburg sports director Dmitry Andreev stated that the departure of Jiri Jarosik from the post of head coach of the team was facilitated not only by family circumstances, but also by disappointing results and the quality of the game.
Earlier it was reported that the contract of the Czech coach with «Orenburg» was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. Spaniard David Deogracia, who until now has worked as the head coach of the Orenburg academy, has been appointed as the new head coach.

"This is a complex. Not exactly the results we expected. Plus, not the quality of the game that we expected. Well, such unpleasant family circumstances. I think it's hard for anyone to concentrate on their work in such conditions. Jiri is a very good person. I wish him good luck and health to his family,” Andreev is quoted by the club’s Telegram channel.
Former CSKA and English Chelsea player Yaroshik headed Orenburg in June 2023. He replaced compatriot Marcel Lichka, who left for Dynamo Moscow. Under the leadership of the 45-year-old Czech, Orenburg played five matches in the RPL, in which they suffered four defeats and drew once.
