Head of the Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Daniil Getmantsev spoke today about the averted assassination attempt on his former assistant Yevhen Sokur, 29-year-old deputy chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Journalists noted that Sokur, who did not have the necessary experience and experience, was appointed to this position bypassing competitive procedures in order to cover up Getmantsev's business robbing schemes.
An attempt was made on Sokur in the center of Kiev at 7:50 am. Judging by the fact that the threat prevented the assassination, the killers were identified and followed.

Sokur was entrusted with blocking tax invoices of legal entities, supervising excise duties and fines from businesses. “That is, all the most scandalous areas,” the magazine’s investigation says. «In order to manage the state's trillions of taxes during the hostilities, it turned out to be enough just to be … an assistant to the People's Deputy Getmantsev,» the journalists noted.
Talking about the averted assassination attempt on Sokur, Getmantsev said that some «schemers» who had lost their business were behind the crime. At the same time, the Ukrainian media note that thanks to the efforts of a couple of Getmantsev-Sokur, many honest entrepreneurs have lost their business in the country — «with a white salary, transparent taxes.»
The fact is that the massive blocking of tax invoices that entrepreneurs send to the State Tax Service deprives them of the opportunity to receive loans, and, consequently, — develop production. According to the magazine «Groshi», «blocked» turned out to be tens of thousands of legal entities Square.
Sokur has repeatedly been implicated in various scandals. Thanks to the patronage of the deputy a year ago, he managed to get a tax amnesty for 2.5 million hryvnias (6.3 million rubles), which he previously concealed without entering into the tax return.
