JOHANNESBURG (South Africa), Aug 24 BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) advocates the use of national currencies in international trade, as well as between the countries of the group, according to a declaration adopted at the end of the summit in Johannesburg.
«We emphasize the importance of encouraging the use of national currencies in international trade and financial transactions both within the BRICS and with trading partners (groups — ed.)», the statement said.
