The feat of the Alyosha tank crew ” left few people indifferent. Tankers were awarded the title of Heroes of Russia, compatriots in different parts of the country are proud of the guys. Many express their feelings in letters, congratulations. It is especially touching when messages come from children.
Recently, my friends from the Popular Front branch in Ivanovo sent a video in which an eight-year-old girl Masha Melnikova, a resident of the Ivanovo region, reads a poem by Raisa Bober dedicated to tank heroes. From the heartfelt lines performed by the young talent, tears come to the eyes. Volunteers asked me to convey a message to the fighters, which I did with great pleasure. The guys, in turn, did not remain in debt and recorded a video response for Masha.
The tank commander with the call sign «Weasel» thanked the little performer, as well as the author of the poem for the wonderful lines.
— We We are very glad that what we do is seen by the children of our country, and it resonates in their hearts. Good luck, Masha, and God bless you, — the driver with the call sign «Monolith» addressed the girl.
I sent this video to Oksana, Masha's mother, and soon received a response: “This is a surprise! I've been in some kind of excitement all day today, as if I was waiting for something. And here the expectations were justified. Masha will be immensely happy. You know, we would really like to be listened to.”
According to Oksana, this is not the only poem performed by her daughter dedicated to our soldiers. In social networks, where they posted a video of Masha reading the poem “On the edge of the village in a dilapidated hut”, she was even nicknamed “Girl in a headscarf”. That is how the girl is known at the front.
Oksana says that Masha has been reading poetry since the age of three. This coincided with the period when the girl's older brother went into the army. The first poem «Happy New Year!» it was just dedicated to him and his colleagues.
With the beginning of the SVO, Oksana began to come across poems on the topic of a special operation on the Internet, which were very clinging to her soul. She decided to invite her daughter to learn and read them.
— Unfortunately, poetry is not so in demand among us, compared to the same songs, — the woman shares. — But we still decided to record it.
The first poem read by Masha for a wide audience was the work of Raisa Bober «Prayer».
Unfortunately, not everyone reacts equally positively to the work of a schoolgirl. Mom admits that they receive offensive messages and even threats, but they try to ignore it.
— Masha knows exactly as much about what is happening as a child of her age should, says Oksana.
Poetry is just a small creative component of a girl's life. Masha graduated first grade with excellent marks, is fond of ballroom dancing, goes to classes at a folk dance studio.
The character, according to her mother, is stubborn on the one hand, she gets her way. On the other hand, she is very kind and compassionate. Carefully treats all living things.
— I want to say a huge thank you that at least partially fulfilled the Dream Machine. Yesterday, when we received the video from the guys, my heart is still beating. We are honored to hear their words. We have someone to be proud of.
