MOSCOW, August 25 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government, with the participation of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects (ASI), to consider the implementation of additional state support measures aimed at expansion of the use of modern farming technologies, according to the list of instructions of the head of state following the plenary session of the forum «Strong ideas for the new time» held on June 29.
«To the Government of the Russian Federation, with the participation of the autonomous non-profit organization «Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects», in order to optimize the use of land resources to improve the efficiency of agricultural production, including increasing crop yields, to consider the implementation of additional state support measures aimed at expanding the use of modern farming technologies,» the document says.
The President appointed the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin as responsible, the deadline for the report is November 1, 2023.
