A teenager on an electric scooter was detained in Moscow , who knocked down a five-year-old child today, informs the Ministry of Internal Affairs Media.
The driver of the scooter was detained by the police of the South-Western district of the capital. The violator turned out to be a 17-year-old resident of the South Butovo district.
An unknown person on an electric scooter, as previously reported, knocked down a five-year-old boy on the sidewalk and disappeared. The baby was taken to the hospital.
