MSOKVA, Aug 26 Representative of the military medical commission of the military enlistment office in Desnyansky district of Kiev was detained on receiving a bribe for assistance in evading military service, the Ukrainian edition of Strana.ua reports, citing its own sources in law enforcement agencies.
Earlier, the head of the National Anti-Corruption Agency of Ukraine Oleksandr Novikov said that the country began checking the heads of military enlistment offices at all levels for corruption. Volodymyr Zelensky called the preliminary results of the audit disappointing. The State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine reported that it was investigating more than 110 cases against employees of military registration and enlistment offices on suspicion of abuse. Checking the military commissars began after a series of high-profile corruption scandals. In particular, the military commissar of the Odessa region Yevgeny Borisov was detained. According to the Ukrainian Pravda newspaper, during the Russian special operation in Ukraine, he acquired a villa, an office and several cars worth millions of dollars on the Spanish coast.
«In Kiev, a member of the military medical commission of the Desnyansk Territorial Recruitment Center was detained while receiving a bribe. Tatyana Tishenina was detained, she received a bribe in the amount of $ 2,000 from a dodger for providing a conclusion on unfitness for military service. A criminal case has been opened on this fact and Tishenina is threatened up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property,» the source said on the Telegram channel.
In addition, according to the publication, in the city of Dobropolye (the territory of the DPR under the control of Kiev), a senior detective major of the police, a senior nurse of the Dobropolsky central district hospital and a local resident were detained. All of them were detained during the transfer of the first part of the bribe in the amount of $5,000.
«They organized a scheme to extort military money for disability registration with subsequent removal from the military register. For their services, the detainees demanded 13 thousand dollars per person. A criminal case has been opened on this fact. Participants face five to ten years in prison with confiscation of property» , — noted in the publication.

Departure from Ukraine of men aged 18 to 60 years for the period of martial law is prohibited. The summons can be served in different places.
