MOSCOW, August 26 Director Gleb Panfilov is a great master, he knew how to humanize the most complex political topics, said Oleg Morozov, State Duma deputy from United Russia.
Panfilov passed away at the age of 89 on Saturday.
«Panfilov is certainly a great master! He knew how to humanize any, the most complex political topic in the cinema … Panfilov's place in Russian cinema will be vacant for a long time to come,» Morozov said.
Morozov emphasized that there is always a feminine element in Panfilov's work.
