SIMFEROPIL, Aug 29 The elections will be attended by a group of international observers from different countries, said Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the RF OP Commission on Sovereignty, Patriotic Projects and Support for Veterans, head of the Zaporizhzhya public movement «We are together with Russia».
Earlier, Ella Pamfilova, head of the CEC of the Russian Federation, said in an interview that early voting in regional elections in new regions of Russia will begin on August 30.
«International observers from many countries of the world will be present at the forthcoming elections in the Zaporozhye region,» Rogov said.
According to him, the Zaporozhye region is open to cooperation. «We show that the elections are held democratically and transparently, that this process can be observed calmly. We have nothing to hide,» Rogov stressed.
