KAZAN, Aug 30 A deserter who threatened to detonate a grenade on a highway in Ufa in early August, but surrendered to law enforcement after talking with the head of Bashkiria, committed suicide in a pre-trial detention center, a source in the republic's emergency services said.
Earlier, local telegram channels wrote that 39-year-old volunteer Ildar Bulatov was found dead in his cell. First, the man committed suicide.
