«A number of users experience temporary difficulties with the settings in the smart home application. Our specialists are already working to eliminate the difficulties,» the Yandex press service commented.
Earlier, Mobile Research Group Leading Analyst Eldar Murtazin drew attention to user complaints. «The support service is trying to restore the application, but no deadlines are given. Unofficially, several Yandex employees say that «an external incident has arisen, the situation is being assessed,» the expert wrote in his telegram channel.
